Thank You

I'd like to thank all of the friends, family, students, and strangers that came to see my pop-up show in Linton on Saturday and Sunday.  I'd also like to thank the people that drove by slowly but didn't stop, the people that stopped and stared through the window but didn't come inside, and the people that came inside and ate the food but didn't look at the pictures.  It wouldn't have been the same without you...

Jokes aside, there were a few people that really did surprise me and it made the whole adventure worthwhile.  Thank you.

I'm teaching a workshop on Saturday, May 5th in Linton, Indiana.  

We will be painting still-life from observation.  The focus will be on painting large, loose, and quick.  All color media are welcome. 

Class will be from 9am - 4pm.  Cost is $75.  You must pre-register to attend.  The class will be limited to 12 students. 

It'll be a fun class.  We'll wrap up the day with dinner at the local Mexican restaurant for those wanting to continue the fiesta.

Oh, let me tell ya...

I just got back from my annual painting trek to New Harmony, Indiana.  Per usual, it was a great time.  I have many stories from the weekend about dark alleyways and close calls and art-related antics, but they'd be better if I told you in person.  All of the paintings that came home with me will be at my upcoming exhibition in Linton, Indiana...see them for yourself and I'll tell you some tall tales.
